THE PLACE OF THE CREATIVE UNSEEN

Maison Verso is a creative organization that operates across all aspects of the cultural sector, serving as both an operational and strategic partner. Deeply rooted in the cultural community and at the heart of artistic and organizational journeys, it uses creativity as a catalyst for transformation, outreach, and connection.

Working behind the scenes, Maison Verso is present at every stage. It brings ideas to life, connects artists with their ecosystems, and supports artistic creation, organizational and financial structuring, outreach, and audience engagement. It acts as a bridge between artistic visions, strategic realities, and institutional contexts, thereby infusing creative intuitions with coherence, relevance, and momentum.

Maison Verso steps in where projects need to be clarified, organized, coordinated, and implemented, seeking to propel and optimize existing models in order to strengthen financial structures and ensure the sustainability of organizations. By working with the driving forces of the arts community and connecting people, knowledge, and networks, it helps circulate culture to make it more understandable, accessible, and sustainable.

Our vision

Maison Verso envisions a world where creativity serves as the backbone of projects, regardless of their nature or scale. An organization that bridges worlds, breaks down barriers between disciplines, and weaves a complete thread from the initial idea to its reach among audiences. This vision is embodied through our collective minds—through their ability to navigate between artistic intuition and professional rigor, to build bridges between disciplines, and to make possible what once seemed vague or distant.

We aim to contribute to robust, inclusive, and sustainable ecosystems by offering support that enables artists, organizations, and businesses to plan for the future. Our vision is fueled by strategy and strong collaborations, supported by people who spread ideas with precision and commitment.

Our history

Before Maison Verso, there were CAPAS • Label de danse and Avec Sheila.

With over 35 years of combined experience, Mickaël Spinnhirny and Lydie Revez founded CAPAS in 2018. In eight years, the service organization has supported more than 1,600 performances around the world and collaborated with some 50 performing arts companies and dozens of key organizations in the dance and cultural sectors.

Avec Sheila, founded in 2019 by Sheila Skaiem, has established itself as a distinctive voice in public relations and cultural communications, championing the stories and artists who deserve to be heard. Its reputation has attracted renowned clients from Quebec, leading it to champion ambitious initiatives and missions.

Driven by a common vision, Lydie Revez, Sheila Skaiem, and Mickaël Spinnhirny merged their organizations in 2026 to found Maison Verso. This creative hub brings together the artistic expertise, organizational skills, and strategic guidance that have defined each of these two organizations individually. Under one roof, teams combine their expertise to better support the cultural projects of their current and future partners.
