CINARS 2026: Maison Verso Goes Big for the Biennale!
Fourteen showcases, two AI aperitifs, and the whole team on deck: from November 9 to 15, 2026, Maison Verso will be making the most of Montréal's CINARS Biennale. A week to discover new creations, spark conversations, and imagine the tours of tomorrow.
Artists to discover, performances to take around the world
This year, eight companies represented by Maison Verso will take part in the Biennale's OFF programming. With 14 artistic showcases in total, presenters and arts professionals from Québec and around the world will have the opportunity to discover works with distinctive artistic voices.
The lineup features Virginie Brunelle with Sans quoi nous crèverons, Morin/Leroux · Arts vivants with Euphoric Thresholds, Cas Public with MIKRO / BARTÓK, RUBBERBAND with XXVII, Côté Danse with Burn Baby, Burn, Destins Croisés with V!TAL, and Ballets Jazz Montréal with La revue finale.
Compagnie Marie Chouinard will also be part of the program with Bach à Bach and two presentations connected to the exhibition DE TOUT CORPS.
Artificial intelligence joins the Biennale
Because the future of the performing arts is shaped not only on stage but also through the ways we work, Maison Verso's AI Lab is hosting two aperitif gatherings dedicated to artificial intelligence in the cultural sector. On November 11 and 12, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., we will welcome leaders of French-speaking cultural organizations to our Montréal offices for two free events. On the agenda: live demonstrations, playful experiments, and candid conversations about the possibilities, limitations, and questions that artificial intelligence brings to our industry.

CINARS is also about everything that happens between performances: conversations that continue long after the curtain falls, ideas that begin to take shape, and collaborations that sometimes start over a simple cup of coffee. This year, the entire Maison Verso team will be together in Montréal, ready to connect with artists, partners, and arts professionals from around the world.
