As a cultural manager and director of operations, Stéphane Labbé has more than twenty years of experience in the dance and performing arts sectors. After a career as a performer, he held leadership positions at Tangente and then at Ballets Jazz Montréal, where he contributed to strategic development, governance, and the optimization of organizational structures. At Maison Verso, he supports teams in addressing operational, financial, and technological challenges, with a particular focus on ensuring smooth processes and high-quality work environments. He is interested in the strategic and responsible integration of artificial intelligence into cultural organizations, a topic on which he is currently developing a micro-program at the Université de Montréal.
