Kompani Giraff is a Swedish company that creates unique and visually striking contemporary circus performances, rooted in poetic storytelling and a fascination with the magic of everyday life. Their creations are aimed at young audiences, driven by the conviction that children are capable of grasping complex subjects. Axel Adlercreutz, Viktoria Dalborg and Sus Soddu
Kompani Giraff brings together three artists with complementary backgrounds. Axel Adlercreutz is a magician, three-time Swedish champion and winner of the Nordic Grand Prix in Magic—one of the leading figures in new magic in Europe. Viktoria Dalborg is a director trained in physical theatre and circus arts, whose work with Suzanne Osten at Unga Klara has forged a conviction: the child's perspective must remain at the heart of the creative process. Sus Soddu is a costume and set designer, trained in fashion design, whose work oscillates between the functional and the absurd.
