Maison Verso ensures that these uses remain reasonable, proportionate, and strictly tied to the purposes for which the information was collected.

By using Maison Verso's services, any person acknowledges and accepts that their information may be processed by such technological tools, including artificial intelligence systems, to the extent necessary for the delivery of services. Maison Verso commits to never selling or renting personal information to third parties, and to restricting access to only those individuals or entities for whom such access is required in the course of its activities.

Maison Verso reserves the right to modify, replace, or evolve the tools, technologies, and providers it uses, including through the integration of new artificial intelligence or automated processing solutions, provided that an equivalent or higher level of data protection is maintained and applicable legal obligations are respected.

Retention and Security

Your data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or to meet our legal obligations.

Your data is hosted and processed by various technology service providers whose infrastructure is located outside Quebec, including in Canada, the United States, and Europe, and may in some cases be processed in other jurisdictions. Our primary hosting and processing environments include:

  • Wix (website and associated data): hosted in the United States and Ireland, as well as on globally distributed cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud);

  • Orféo (touring and distribution management): hosted on a private cloud located in France (European Union);

  • Google Drive and Google Workspace (storage and collaboration): hosted in the United States and on global cloud infrastructure.

Some processing carried out using technological tools or artificial intelligence systems may involve hosting or access to data outside Quebec, through third-party providers ensuring an equivalent or higher level of protection, in accordance with the obligations set out in Law 25.
