Trainer
A cultural entrepreneur and audience development specialist, Mickaël Spinnhirny operates at the intersection of artistic creation and organizational strategy. With an international background as a performer, he co-founded Maison Verso, where he supports both artists and cultural organizations in their production, marketing, and distribution challenges. His work is driven by a desire to bridge the gap between artistic worlds and the practical needs of teams working on the ground. He is particularly interested in tools that simplify processes, improve communication, and enhance the impact of cultural organizations, especially through new technologies.

Trainer
Cultural manager and director of operations, Stéphane Labbé has over twenty years of experience in the dance and performing arts sector. After a career as a performer, he held management positions at Tangente and then Ballets Jazz Montréal, where he contributed to strategic development, governance, and the optimization of organizational structures. At Maison Verso, he supports teams with operational, financial, and technological challenges, with a particular focus on process efficiency and the quality of work environments. He is interested in the strategic and responsible integration of artificial intelligence in cultural organizations, a topic on which he is currently pursuing a micro-program at the University of Montreal.

Pricing per person
The price is set per person, according to fixed levels. The cost per person decreases as the group grows, while ensuring consistent quality support.

In-Person Workshops – Costs to be Expected
For in-person workshops, additional fees may apply depending on the training location. These fees include round-trip transportation (public transportation or mileage reimbursement), a daily per diem of $80 to cover meals, and accommodations, when required, depending on travel times and distance. These fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are included in the final offer sent when the training is confirmed.
